Deliveries to the UK

All orders are sent via Royal Mail Second Class Delivery, this has an estimated delivery time of 2-3 working days.

In the unlikely case of your item arriving outside of Royal Mail's estimated delivery time, we cannot be held responsible for this delay.

All of our items are dispatched within 1 working day of cleared payment.

Deliveries outside of the UK (Airmail Postage)

Your shipment may be subject to import duties and taxes which are applied once the package reaches your country.

Additional charges for customs must be paid by you; Star Trading Company has no responsibility for these charges and cannot predict what they may be. To find out these charges please contact your nearest customs office for more information.


Returns Policy

We are committed to selling high quality products that satisfy our customers, however we do know that for one reason or another, there may be a time when an item(s) needs to be returned.

If you are unsatisfied with an item you have purchased, the first thing that we would advise is for you to contact us directly as we may be able to resolve the issue.

If you have purchased an item and you no longer require it, please contact us for authorisation and then return the item in its original, unopened condition to the returns address provided.

Once we have received the returned item and it is in its original, unopened condition, a full refund will be processed to the account which the purchase was made with. The customer is responsible for the cost of the return postage.

All unauthorised returns received will not be processed and therefore no refund will be processed.


***Please Note: Returns will not be accepted and a refund will not be processed if the cellophane wrapper has been removed or tampered with due to health and safety laws, this may also indicate that the product has been used, this also applies if the item is damaged (unless returning for a damaged item) or not in its original condition upon arrival to our returns department***

 

When returning items, we strongly advise all customers to use a delivery service with a tracking facility to ensure that the item can be traced if undelivered/lost/stolen as we hold no responsibility for this. If we do not receive an item which is being returned to us, no refund will be processed.    

If in the unlikely event you receive an item which is damaged, please contact us straight away for the issue to be resolved.
